The four Ps of Creativity in Education

Studying Creativity in Education is also broken down into a structure consisting of 4 Ps. Person, Process, Product and Press. To study, teach and learn with Creative People we try to identify the characteristics of these individuals. We try to evaluate different styles of adaptive creativity vs innovative. We also try to understand the different learning styles of people, because we believe that everyone is creative. Regarding the Creative Process, perhaps, the most intuitive and natural is Creative Problem Solving or CPS. And I think the common thread among them all is the separation of ideas generation. Most of us believe that creativity comes through a "special moment" when the perfect idea is presented; however, creativity is the result of a slow and deliberate process. This type of learning can be seen enriched through collaborative learning that encourage or promote ICT. The Creative products are seen as the final artifacts of the creative process. What makes a product be creative in Education? It has to be both novel and useful. The research paradigm focuses on the causes or conditions that encourage / inhibit micro and macro environmental creativity. This is also known as a focus on environmental Press, completing our four P. Other dimensions that support creativity are Challenge, Freedom, Idea Support, Trust / Openness, dynamism / vitality, Joy / Humor, Debate, taking risks, and time Idea. Understanding these dimensions can be applied in the various activities of the student at home, either inside or outside the classroom to encourage creativity.
